3. Eligibility

You must be:

Legally allowed to enter into contracts
Using your true identity and accurate information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or behaves inappropriately.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, not psychiatry, and not a substitute for medical treatment, even though the founder has professional training.

Coaching supports:

Personal development
Emotional clarity
Goal setting
Lifestyle transformation

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

If at any point we believe additional support is necessary, we may refer you to an appropriate mental health professional.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices listed are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be made in full at checkout for:

Courses
Digital products
One-off sessions

Payment plans or subscriptions apply to:

Membership tiers
Extended coaching programmes

By purchasing, you authorise us (or our third-party processors such as Wix, Stripe, or PayPal) to securely collect payment.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

To maintain the integrity and fairness of the Academy, we operate a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy on:

Digital products
Courses
Memberships
Coaching sessions
Workshops

Once access is granted or a booking is made, the service is considered delivered.

If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

Late cancellations or missed sessions are forfeited.

7. Membership Terms

If you join a monthly membership:

Payments are taken automatically
You may cancel anytime, but access ends immediately upon cancellation
Missed payments may result in suspension

Refunds for past billing cycles are not provided.

Videos
Audio
Worksheets
Branding
Course materials
Graphics and designs

… is the exclusive property of The Renaissance Academy.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, reproduce, or teach our materials without written permission.

No refund will be issued in cases of misconduct.

Updated devices
Correct login details

Technical issues on your device
Missed sessions due to connection problems
Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Wix)

If the Academy website experiences downtime, we will always work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Results vary depending on personal commitment
We do not guarantee specific outcomes
You are fully responsible for decisions made after coaching or courses
The Renaissance Academy is not liable for emotional, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from participation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the use of our services.
